When you join the cooperative you get aproximately 16 feet of wall space or 10x5 of retail area for $100 a month (plus an equal share of the utilities). You don't have to be there every day to sell your own merchandise but you do have to dedicate at least 10 hours per month to service to the collective which may mean working in the store or doing other duties like event support, maintenance, cleaning, PR, promotion, etc.

To qualify for membership you must sell art, handcrafted items, something refurbished (otherwise altered by you) or provide some sort of beneficial service. There are two rooms in the back that we'd like to see used. One for music lessons and the other for spiritual or healing arts like massage, acupuncture, nutritional counseling and etc. so providers of these type of services are encouraged to apply. Musicians are also encouraged to apply.
